Q. What towns do you service?

We service Charlottetown & area, Stratford & area, as well as Cornwall & area.

Q. What is aromatherapy cleaning?

Our aromatherapy cleaning services include the same thorough cleaning process however instead of chemicals that adversly affect your air quality and health, we use all natural cleaning products that not only clean your home/office but leave it with a delightful aroma of pure essential oils, thereby contributing to your health.

Q. Do you supply the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we supply everything needed. 

Q. What will it cost to have my home or office cleaned?

Prices are based on our free in home estimate of your home.

Q. Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning?

Some clients prefer to have their homes cleaned while they are at work or out for the day, so that when they arrive home they are greeted with a sparkling clean home!  Others may prefer to remain home while the cleaning is taking place.  The decision is yours and either way you will receive the same quality cleaning services with your satisfaction guaranteed.

 
Q. What if I am not satisified with the cleaning?

We're not satisifed unless you are completley satisifed with the cleaning you receive.  Thats is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee with our services.  If , for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply call us within 24 hours and we will come to re-clean the area you are dis-satisfied with, at no cost to you.

Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

Payment is required on the day of your cleaning, payable by cash or cheque.
